Rates & Terms

This tariff applies until 28th February 2026.

Bed & Breakfast

Rates are per room per night for two people, including full English Breakfast; with a discount for single occupancy, subject to availability.

From the 13th February to 31st December we request a minimum of two night stays at weekends; either Fridays/Saturdays or Saturdays/Sundays.

3-night break reduction of 15% for 3 or more nights when booked directly with Maplestone (excluding Bank Holiday weekends, the Christmas / New Year period, Easter and the Glastonbury Festival week, and not available on bookings through third party sites).

Arrivals and Departures

Your room is available from 4pm on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement. Please vacate your room by 10.30am.

Cancellations

Guests are liable for 50% of reservation cost if less than 3 days notice is given.
